GATORDET to work with EKG Security

When reporting to work enter at Gate ”C” The employee parking will be on your immediate right. Be sure to have your parking pass displayed on the dash of your vehicle. After you park, walk over to the EKG SERVICES sign-in area at the large “GAINESVILLE RACEWAY” bill board (the sign-in area will be immediately on your left as you turn in Gate “C”)

Please wear white or tan pants or shorts. No open toe shoes. EKG will supply the Tee Shirt (all Tee Shirts must be turned back in on your last day of work). EKG will also supply a jacket if it’s cold. Bring food or money for food with you, EKG will supply bottled water. As a member of a volunteer group please make sure you sign in and out on the group’s list. (Military Support Group of Alachua County).

You must watch the EKG Event Training DVD. You can do this one of two ways.
1. You can log into the web site at WWW.EKGSECURITY.COM then click on ASSOCIATES at the top of the page.  Then log in using the following User name and Password:
User name: user2       Password: pass2
Then click Log In.  Then enter your name and e-mail address. Then click on “Video”, then “Next.”  The video is 13 minutes. Clicking Next then Finish after the video informs them you have watched the video.

2. You can wait till you arrive at the track to watch the video however this will slow down the sign-in process.  Everyone must watch the EKG Event Training video before working.

Your work results in a donation from EKG Security.  The more volunteers, the more money we make to support the troops.  Volunteers are needed for Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.  Shifts are 9-11 hours.  Shifts cannot be split.  The tasks are easy.

UPDATE 2-09-2012: Thursday is filled.  I still have 4 openings for Friday (7am - 8pm), 1 opening for Saturday (7am to 6pm) and 8 openings for Sunday (7am to 5pm).
