New Website Launched January 2012
(Jan 2012)  After a series of starts and stops, of building sites and then blowing them up, I have finally put together a new site that I hope will be home to the Support Group for some time.

As your webmaster, I have no formal training in computers or web design, so you could say I go to the School of Hard Knocks, learning mostly from trial and error.

For the ladies, I’d say building a website is like building a scrapbook.  It requires vision, a theme that everything can tie to, a combination of resources that are not always at your fingertips.  And when something doesn’t come out as planned, you trash it and start over.

For the guys, I’d say building a website is like putting together a football team.  If you don’t put the players in the positions that match their skillset, it’s not going to work.  Same with a website.  If you just put stuff together, it doesn’t work.  You have to have the right things in the right places.

Everybody has gifts that they can use to help someone or some group to do good things.  I enjoy the challenge of making this site meet your expectations.

There is a new calendar (probably about the 15th different calendar program I have used).  It has administrative advantages for me, Pam, Roxanne and the The Board.  I hope it works well for you, at least until I find a better one.

If you find anything broken, let me know (see below.)
